Terms and conditions
Welcome to Noorstay!
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Host and the Guest and apply to all bookings, stays, and use of the accommodation.
By making a booking, entering, or using the accommodation, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions as an integral part of the accommodation agreement.
1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all accommodation services provided by the Host, regardless of whether the booking was made via a booking platform or directly.
2. Contractual Use
The accommodation may be used exclusively for lodging purposes and only for the agreed booking period and the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
Any other use, in particular commercial, professional, advertising, event-related, or business use, requires the prior explicit written consent of the Host.
3. Booking Period & Extensions
The accommodation may only be used within the confirmed booking period.
Any extension of the stay—whether agreed via a booking platform or directly—shall result in these Terms & Conditions automatically continuing to apply unchanged for the extended period.
The check-out date shall be deemed extended accordingly without the need for a new agreement.
4. Guest Obligations
The Guest agrees to:
• use the accommodation and its inventory with care,
• comply with house rules and local regulations,
• avoid disturbances to neighbors, and
• immediately report any damage, defects, or safety issues.
5. Liability & Damages
The Guest is liable for all damages caused by themselves or accompanying persons, including consequential damages and loss of use.
The Host may claim compensation and contractual penalties in accordance with applicable law.
6. Termination
In the event of serious breaches of these Terms & Conditions, the Host is entitled to terminate the accommodation agreement with immediate effect and require the Guest to vacate the premises.
7. Payment & Charges
The Guest authorizes the Host to charge proven damages, contractual penalties, or additional costs via the payment method on file or by separate invoice.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable at the location of the accommodation.
